Ok...the sleeping in on Sunday is over. This is the second week in a row that i was up until 3am. So needless to say i didn't run today. I think from now on Sunday will be my long run day and i'll take Monday's off. That way i'll only sleep until 6am. Since i didn't run today i did full body weights.
