June 7

You never know how much you enjoy something till you can't do it. The last two days of not being able to run made me enjoy my run more than ever today. It made me remember the month i had to take off over a year ago when i pulled my calf muscle. That was a terrilbe month. I couldn't do anything. I have promised myself that i'm going to take it a little easier on myself and not push so hard. Good things come in time...so you just have to wait. I'll get down to my goal weight one day. I didn't gain this ten pounds over night...

You are still so disciplined even when you can't run. Good for you! Don't forget it truly is all about the long haul. You eat well, you exercise like crazy, you will be healthy forever!
