Feb.27

I hate that i can't seem to remember to come here and post everyday.
I have not been having a good week food wise. I really don't know what's been wrong with me lately. I think it's all the stress from getting ready to move....anyway i'm back at Fitday logging my food and trying to be a good girl. I have upped my calories to 1600. I think 1200-1300 was way to low for me. I caused me to binge..i'm real bad with that. Like yesterday i ate two bags for jelly beans...it felt so good while i was eating them ..then i felt so guilty i had to workout for an hour just to make myself feel better.
Anyway here' my workouts

Sunday-9.14miles
Monday-6.34 miles/full body weights
Today-6.26 miles/step bench later
