Feb.10

Feeling a bit down today. I really don't know why..had a great run this morning but at about the 7 mile mark started to feel a bit tired. I think i need to get some kind of gel or those sports beans to help keep my energy up and also my finger got so cold they turned white while i was driving home...i think i'm falling apart...lol..

Maybe you just need to slow it down a little or take a rest! From the workouts you post, it seems like your oerworking your body! Anyway, just my 2 cents!
