Hello Everyone,
Wow what a weekend...man i was busy and my eating really sucked. When i got on the scales today i was up to 133 so i'm back on Fitday trying to get myself back on track
Today is my off day..here's my weekend workouts

Saturday Workout-8.35 mile run
Sunday's Workout-9.08 mile run/weights
