Jan.15

Hi Everyone,
Hope you all had a nice weekend. Mine went ok. I'm just glad it's over. I always seem to have a hard time with my eating on these two days. Anyway this weekend i ran 6.30 miles on Saturday and 7.08 miles on Sunday and lifted weights. Today i ran 6.06 mile in 1 hour. Tomorrow is running and weights and Wednesday will be my off day for this week.

Weekends are always tough when trying to eat healthful food. I think that's why I always use one weekend day as a cheat day. I eat whatever I want that day and just enjoy it. You workout and run a lot! Try not to worry about a couple of days off from eating clean. You need those days every now and then. It's all good!
