Had a great run this morning 9 miles in 1:23:50. The weather was wonderful 47* and overcast. This is one of the few reasons i love living in South Carolina..the weather..it can be 70* in Decemeber.
Today while i was out running i started thinking about where i'm going to be running in a few months. See we are having a house built in the next city over so i'll have to find a new place to run. I've lived in this city all my life and know where to go if it's a long or short run day. The good thing about the city i'm moving to is that it's very runner friendly..lots of parks and trails and even a greenway. What i'll love best about moving..besides no loud neighbors over my head...yes i live in apartment hell..lol...is that i can run in my neighborhood. Sometimes if's such a pain to drive to the park to run.
Ok enough of that..this mornings weight was 129-down a half pound. Have a great day :)
