Dec.14

Ok...Day one..i have decided after years of trying to get down to 120...i'm 5'2 and "THEY" all say that i should weigh 115..to stop killing myself and just be happy where i am...130. I'm in great health. I run 40 miles a week and lift weights three days a week. I think my main problem is that 6 years ago i weighed 220 and i'm scared down deep that one day i'll just wake up and be that big again. Stupid i know..so no more..i will still continue to journal my food at Fitday and eat clean but from now on i'll just be happt being me.
